Shredder AZR 60 Primus Special

The issue of waste management does not only include extraction, but also shredding. The AZR 60 Primus Special shredder is designed for small and medium-sized woodworking operations. It allows the processing of various types of wood, such as chipboard, MDF, softwood and other waste.

The rotor with a diameter of 252 mm is equipped with 28 square-shaped knives. The size of the shredded fraction is defined by the output screen, which is optional.

The actual shredding of the material is controlled by a PLC unit so that the optimum shredder performance is achieved in relation to the shredded material. The shredded material is removed from the shredder via an extraction device or a belt or screw conveyor.

Standard and optional parameters:

Perforation size: Standard size is 15/20 mm. Optional sizes (mm): 10/12, 12/15, 20/25, 25/30, 35/40. Special sizes on request.

Throughput: This parameter depends on the type of material being processed (long, short, wet, dry, etc.) as well as the size of the screen perforation. The machine typically processes two to four hopper fills per hour.

Chips transport: You can use an exctraction device, a screw conveyor or a belt conveyor for this purpose. The minimum air speed for the suction device is 28 m/s.
