From the first plan to a clean workshop: Implementation of extraction system for RatH interier, s.r.o.

Sometimes a few months and a clear vision are enough to take the workshop operation to the next level. The story of our cooperation with Mr. Jančík from RatH interier, based in Bardejov, began in the fall of 2025, and today his machines are running in a completely different mode.

Mr. Jančík approached us at the end of September 2025 with the need to solve an effective extraction problem for his operation. In order to design a tailor-made solution, we first need to see the overall workshop space and determine the location of individual machines.

This information is crucial for us – it allows us to see not only the placement of machines, but also the building layout of the hall, which affects the routing of the pipes. This is the only way we can create an accurate price quote.

To help the client better imagine how the new system will look and function in their premises, we added a visualization.

Visualization often helps reveal details that are lost in the text. Mr. Jančík liked the proposed solution, we approved the budget and set the implementation date for the beginning of 2026.

We got to work right after the New Year holidays. The installation of the filter unit itself and the complete piping system went smoothly and according to plan.

What did this change bring to Mr. Jančík?

• High underpressure: Extraction exactly where the dust is generated.
• Turnkey system: No temporary hoses, but professional pipework.
• Clean operation: Since January 2026, the workshop has been operating in a new, cleaner standard.

The greatest reward for us is that the customer is extremely satisfied with the result. It has been proven that the combination of good preparation (on the client’s part) and precise design (on our part) leads to a result that makes sense both technically and economically.
