Filter unit ADAMIK FT 616 PEA 3 kW

The ADAMIK FT 616 PEA filter unit with a VAN 828 3 kW fan is equipped with antistatic polyester filters and is intended for extracting fine non-explosive dust, for machines processing plasterboard, cement-bonded particle boards and similar building materials.

Due to the parameters of underpressure, extraction capacity and filter area, it is also ideal for the largest edge banders, large-area saws and CNC machines. It is also very well suited as a central workshop extraction system.

The great advantage of the machine are its compact dimensions.

This is a high-quality filter unit design with a free-standing fan. The innovative design of the fan has achieved an excellent ratio between extraction capacity and underpressure while using a low-energy motor and maintaining low noise level. Underpressure is necessary for high-quality extraction of material from machines located at a distance of more than 10 m from the fan itself. However, this parameter is often underestimated.

The machine is equipped with textile waste bags with an inspection window and loops for easier handling, which can be used repeatedly.

The filter unit does not include an electrical switchboard, which is always custom-made for a specific operation.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES AND SERVICES

• Piping system – The piping system of the extraction device is one of the basic elements for the correct function of the extraction unit. We dimension the piping based on the required extraction capacity based on the total number of machines and their maximum concurrent operation. The piping system is designed in a smooth pipe and its individual elements are designed with the aim of minimizing air flow losses.
• Switchboards and automatic starting system – We have switchboards ready for individual machines in several variants or they are custom-made depending on requirements, for example for automatic machine starting or controlling pneumatic shutters.
• Manual shutters – To optimize extraction performance when not using all machines at the same time.
• Pneumatic shutters – For greater operator comfort and work optimization, we implement pneumatic shutters that usually work in parallel with the automatic starting system of the extraction unit.
• Piping system including installation – If you choose the turnkey implementation option, our installation team will be ready to install and commission everything at your location.
