BRK briquetting presses are used to refine waste into briquettes, which can then be used to heat your own workshop or sold. Briquetting is also used in other fields, such as mechanical engineering, where machining chips can be briquetting. By pressing them into briquettes, the material is also freed from emulsions and oils.

Briquetting presses of the BRK series are suitable for single-shift and multi-shift operation. The device is equipped with a bottom level sensor that automatically starts the production of briquettes with a diameter of 65 mm when the required amount of material accumulates in the hopper. The rotor and the dosing screw are driven by their own electric motors with a gearbox. The control unit evaluates the structure of the material and selects the dosing of the material into the pressing chamber so that the briquetting press produces the optimal length of briquettes.

The briquetting press can be conveniently connected to a filter (filter unit) or cyclone unit (EBS System) to create an extraction system with briquetting, which significantly facilitates waste management and reduces dust in the workplace. The press can also be placed under a central extraction system.

The briquetting press can be supplemented with a wide range of accessories, such as a vibration damper, oil cooler, maximum level sensor, press casing, hopper cover, hydraulic oil up to -15 oC, etc.
